During my recent restaurant review visit, Unico Tokyo Pasta @unico.pasta blew me away with their unique dishes. The Uni Truffle was brimming with creamy sea urchin, rich black truffle cream, and zesty lemon — pure decadence! 🍋✨ Their Curry Bolognese with Wagyu beef and pancetta was deeply savory with that subtle curry kick — each bite better than the last.
The Garlic Salmon melted in my mouth, perfectly balanced with asparagus and mushrooms. I couldn’t skip their Unico Salad — crisp romaine, velvety Caesar dressing, and a crunch of panko crumbs. Fresh, light, and satisfying! 🥗
The Burrata Caprese was the dreamiest combo of cherry tomatoes, stracciatella, basil, and a touch of honey — talk about flavor harmony. I even tried the Kell Cauliflower Soup, which was surprisingly rich and comforting thanks to the koji probiotics.
Of course, no visit is complete without their cheesy, garlicky Garlic Bread and a sweet ending of Crème Caramel — silky, creamy perfection! 🍮
