Shorebird Restaurant – Sedona, AZ Food Review 🍣
Just wrapped up an unforgettable dinner at Shorebird in Sedona, AZ — and this restaurant review is packed with flavor highlights you need to try. 🌟
We started with the Preserved Meyer Lemon Hummus with roasted baby carrots, red chimichurri, lime salt, cilantro, and warm pita. The Hamachi Crudo sashimi was bright and fresh with yellowtail, jalapeño, avocado, scallions, and ponzu. The Salmon Belly Nigiri melted in each bite with black tobiko, garlic butter, scallions, yuzu, and ponzu. 🍣
The Catalina Rolls were a standout — blue crab, cucumbers, topped with yellowtail, avocado, pickled red Fresno chili, and scallions (we even tried one without crab and it was just as good). The Golden Beet Carpaccio Salad brought a sweet crunch with herbed goat cheese, pickled red onions, walnuts, strawberries, baby arugula, and poppy seed dressing. 🥗
We also slurped down Oysters on the Half Shell with smoked sherry vinegar mignonette, lemon, and horseradish cocktail sauce — so fresh and briny.
To sip, we had the Mezcal Blood Orange Margarita with Bruxo Mezcal, blood orange purée, lime, and agave — smoky, citrusy, and perfect. The crisp Albamar Sauvignon Blanc from Chile paired beautifully with the seafood.
If you’re planning a food trip to Sedona, this restaurant review says it all — Shorebird Restaurant deserves a spot on your list shorebirdrestaurant.com 🍷
