🌞Saint & Second is serving up the flavors of summer in Manhattan Beach! 🌊🍽️
If you’re looking for a fresh restaurant review, Saint & Second has a seasonal summer menu that’s full of vibrant ingredients, bold flavors, and beautifully presented dishes.
We kicked things off with the Charred Watermelon & Arugula, featuring feta, puffed black rice, shaved fennel, radish, red onion, and a bright yuzu vinaigrette. Every bite was light, refreshing, and perfect for summer. 🍉🥗
The Mezze Plate was made for sharing with smoky baba ghanoush, flavorful muhammara, honey-sweetened labneh, and warm roasted garlic flatbread. 🫓✨
The Gochujang-Glazed Pork Belly packed incredible flavor with tender pork belly, kimchi, scallions, pickled daikon, Korean condiments, and butter lettuce wraps. 🔥🥬
The New Zealand Rack of Lamb was cooked beautifully and paired with a colorful summer vegetable ratatouille and fresh mint chimichurri. 🐑🌿
The Pan-Seared Salmon was another standout, served with charred bok choy, pink grapefruit, coconut dashi, smoked trout roe, and forbidden black rice for a perfect balance of savory and citrus. 🐟🍊
We couldn’t leave without dessert. The Coconut Panna Cotta was the perfect sweet ending, topped with dragon fruit, pineapple, coconut chiffon, toasted almonds, and a refreshing passion fruit sorbet. It was light, tropical, and the perfect finish to a summer meal. 🥥🍍🍨
To drink, the French O.O. was a crisp, refreshing alcohol-free cocktail made with elderflower, lemon, cane sugar, and Lyre’s Classico Sparkling. We also enjoyed a glass of Chateau Pavillon Beauregard Red Blend, which paired perfectly with the meal. 🍷✨
This restaurant review is proof that Saint & Second continues to impress with seasonal cuisine in Manhattan Beach. If you’re dining in Manhattan Beach, their summer menu is one you won’t want to miss.
