We kicked things off with the refreshing Watermelon Martini made with watermelon vodka and fresh watermelon juice, followed by the S’mores Espresso Martini topped with toasted marshmallows, chocolate shavings, and a graham cracker rim that tasted like a campfire dessert in a glass. 🍉☕🔥
Next up was the St. Felix Sample Platter featuring Malaysian-style steak skewers, a juicy Wagyu slider, Southern fried chicken slider, veggie taco, Thai deviled eggs, creamy mac and cheese, and truffle parmesan popcorn. Perfect for sharing and a great way to try a little bit of everything. 🍔🍗🌮
For the main course, the Braised Beef Short Ribs were incredibly tender and served with rich goat cheese mashed potatoes and grilled spring onions. Every bite was packed with flavor. 🥩✨
And of course, we had to save room for dessert. The L.A. Churro Waffle came loaded with cinnamon sugar, chocolate and caramel sauce, fresh strawberries, whipped cream, and vanilla bean ice cream. A sweet ending to an amazing meal. 🍓🍦
