🍜 Kazan Beverly Hills in Beverly Hills
If you’re looking for a ramen spot with bold flavors and creative dishes, this restaurant review is for you. We stopped by Kazan Beverly Hills to see what makes this Beverly Hills ramen destination stand out.
Start with the Yuzu Crunch Edamame. The steamed edamame gets tossed with fried onion, chili yuzu, and sesame oil. Each bite is citrusy, slightly spicy, and packed with crunch.
The Crispy Wontons are another great starter. Pork and shrimp filling stays juicy inside a perfectly crisp shell. The sweet spicy sauce adds a nice kick with fresh herbs on top.
One of the most unique bites is the Wagyu Royale Sando. Crispy Japanese milk bread holds a juicy wagyu patty and melted American cheese. Chef Ryu’s umami bomb sauce adds layers of chili heat and savory flavor.
For ramen, we tried two bowls. The Signature ramen features thin shina soba noodles in a clear soy-based broth with truffle seasoning. It comes with chashu pork and shrimp wontons, creating a rich and balanced bowl.
The Chashu Supreme ramen brings a truffle chicken broth with deep flavor and a soft-boiled egg. The broth feels rich but still smooth with every sip.
Finish with the Mochi Ice Cream Flight. Cookies n’ Cream and Green Tea flavors bring a sweet and refreshing end to the meal.
This restaurant review shows why Kazan is a must-try ramen spot in Beverly Hills. Go check them out!
