🍽️ Enchant LA in Los Angeles
This spot surprised me in the best way from the first bite to the last plate.
Here’s my restaurant review of Enchant LA, tucked right in Koreatown, Los Angeles, where Korean flavors meet comfort food cravings. The menu feels playful but polished, and every dish arrived hot, fragrant, and beautifully plated.
Kim’s Kimchi Pasta was rich and creamy with a gentle heat. The kimchi and bacon brought smoky depth, and the pink sauce clung perfectly to every bite.
The Bulgogi Quesadilla was savory and cheesy with sweet soy notes that balanced the beef. The mix of Mexican and Korean flavors worked so well.
The KFC Korean Fried Chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy inside. The sweet and spicy garlic dipping sauce was addictive.
The Asian Orange Ginger Salad felt fresh and bright. Crunchy almonds, citrusy orange, and a light ginger dressing made it a great reset between bites.
The La La Galbi Set was the comfort dish of the night. Tender marinated beef, short rib, sausage, and grilled veggies paired perfectly with fluffy white rice.
This restaurant review proves why Enchant LA stands out in Koreatown, Los Angeles. Every dish delivered on flavor, texture, and balance.
