Had the most mouthwatering meal at Café Arden and I’m still dreaming about it! 😍 Every dish was a work of art and absolutely packed with flavor! Here’s what I indulged in:
🦞 Lobster Mac & Cheese – The ultimate comfort food, but make it fancy! 🥂 With champagne, gooey gruyère, fontina, and crispy bread crumbs, this was mac & cheese on a whole new level! 😋
🐟 Salmon Tartare – Fresh, zesty, and light! The green apple and horseradish gave it a nice kick, and the crispy rice chip added that perfect crunch! 🍏✨
🍅🥒 Santorini Salad – A Mediterranean dream! The feta, heirloom tomatoes, and taggiasca olives were so fresh, and the herb vinaigrette tied it all together beautifully. 🏝️
🥗 Baby Gem Caesar Salad – A classic with a twist! Capers, parmigiana, and a bold anchovy vinaigrette made this Caesar stand out! 🌿
🍖 Grass-Fed Half Lamb Rack – Tender, juicy, and full of flavor! Paired with saffron hummus, black olives, and feta, this dish was pure heaven! 🐑💛
🍫 Flourless Chocolate Cake – You know I saved room for dessert! 😜 This rich, decadent cake was served with salted caramel, chantilly cream, and hazelnuts… absolute perfection! 😍
